About the role
We make brands move. Now we need someone who makes moving things feel right.
The role
You'll be the person turning static ideas into things people actually watch. From brand films and social content to UI transitions and title sequences — you'll own the motion language across our clients' work and bring it to life with intent, craft, and a bit of magic.
What you'll do
Design and animate motion graphics for brand, social, digital, and broadcast
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and editors to build cohesive visual stories
Develop motion systems and style frames from scratch — not just execute briefs
Push projects from concept to final delivery with minimal hand-holding
Stay ahead of trends without chasing them — you know the difference
What you bring
3–6 years of motion design experience, ideally in a creative agency or studio
A reel that makes people pause and watch it twice
Deep fluency in After Effects — Cinema 4D, Premiere, or Figma are a plus
Strong design fundamentals: type, composition, colour, pacing
Ability to take feedback without taking it personally
Bonus points
Experience with 3D, generative tools, or interactive motion (Lottie, Rive)
You've led motion on a campaign end-to-end
You have opinions about easing curves
